Our story
Born inside a light store. Built because the perfect lamp didn't exist.
Before Lumonite there was Valostore — a Finnish specialist that tested and sold hundreds of lights from suppliers all over the world. Years of customer feedback revealed a pattern: the powerful lamps weren't simple, the simple ones weren't powerful, and the durable ones rarely did both.
So our engineers stopped searching and started designing. We removed everything a real user doesn't need — strobe modes, alarm clocks, endless menus — and kept what matters in the dark: output, reliability and controls you can use with gloves on.
“Mediocrity has never satisfied us.”
